They required plenty of storage with room for a large TV, and dressing table. He required space for his workwear, keeping his other clothing separate. They wanted to add a few luxury items such as shoe racks, pull down rails, four of each were added for that little luxury and ease of use for year to come.

The room is spacious, and the wardrobes have created the storage they needed with interior mirrors for dressing, and plenty of drawer space. The TV is wall mounted facing the bed, for the later evening relaxation they asked for. Bedside chests keep the colourway floating through the room, and there is still plenty of dressing space.

There was a recess in the wall by the dressing table for the underfloor heating manifold, where I have left access under the dressing table and created a narrow cupboard behind the dressing table mirror as extra storage for those smaller items.

The Bedroom was created in Daval’s Mayfair Super Matt Cashmere & Smoked Oak with its fingerprint less technology.

The customers have now moved into the property and are loving their new modern living with everything organised and with ease of access.

The LVT Flooring was done as an extra.

Project cost: £14,406.00 exc. VAT
