Based on this we sought to maximise on natural light sources, and utilised lighter colours in the units, worktops, and wood-effect choices.
The units feature a crisp Brilliant White matte door in a handle-less style, with stainless steel rails. Paired with the subtlety grained Caesarstone porcelain worktop in Snowdrift created a clean and soothing aesthetic.
The wood features are a beautiful Old Oak Provence, which complemented the clients wishes perfectly, in keeping with the Scandinavian feel, and bringing a little warmth and colour to the rooms.
The peninsula/island forms the main prep space and is complete with a breakfast bar and social seating on the rear.
With extraction above the hob not possible due to factors outside of our control, a Bora Classic was selected with half gas and half induction to suit the cooking styles of both home cooks.
A large sink, and functional flexi hose tap was used on the return wall, backing onto a walk-in pantry. The doorless pantry is beautifully presented with oak pull-out baskets and cross dividers for wine storage which pairs perfectly with the main kitchen palette.
The wall opposite the main sink, feature the tall units, with an integrated fridge freezer, eye-level oven & combi, and two larder units. These tall units frame a coffee station, complete with a Quooker tap above a second sink, Old Oak Provence wall panelling, shelf, and wall unit door.
