We will visit and measure your kitchen and discuss your initial thoughts on your kitchen. We will then send you your plans and images of your kitchen and you can also visit our showroom to see your designs and look at our product. We listen to all the details and information you give us to design your kitchen. We also offer ideas for your consideration. We have a no pressure sales culture and are happy to amend your design as many times as you like. We will finalise the project when you are happy that you have your kitchen design just how you want it. Some other companies in the industry may pressure you into decisions because they want to close the sale as soon as possible. We understand selecting and buying a kitchen is a big decision, so we give you all the time and space you need in making your decisions. We do this as a free service with a no obligation to buy. We offer a very competitive price for a high-quality bespoke product. It is sometimes possible to get a kitchen from a trade counter through friends or family. This can often mean your kitchen is designed by somebody who is not a kitchen specialist. The quality of the product will also not match Kitchen Envy’s product quality. If you decide to use another company there are no hard feelings, we will thank you for your time in being considered for your kitchen project.
